Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming goods with accurate documentation and quality checks.
- Organize and stock inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners for real-time tracking.
- Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments ensuring compliance with export documentation and packaging standards.
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse zones in adherence to UAE safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies with inventory reports and supervisors.
- Assist in loading/unloading cargo using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- WMS (e.g., SAP WM, Oracle WMS, or similar)
- Barcode Scanner Operation
- Inventory Counting & Reconciliation
- Pallet Jack Handling
- UAE Logistics Documentation
- Basic MS Excel (Data Entry, Sorting, Filtering)
Preferred
- Experience in UAE Free Zone Warehousing
- Knowledge of Customs Clearance Procedures
- Arabic Language Proficiency (Written/Spoken)
