Job Purpose
To manage and oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory control, distribution, and supply chain activities. You will ensure efficiency, cost optimization, compliance, and timely delivery to support business and project requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop logistics strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee warehouse operations including storage, distribution, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure continuous material supply.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
- Establish and manage ERP systems for warehouse and logistics operations.
- Prepare and monitor KPIs for warehouse and logistics performance.
- Supervise warehouse supervisors, inventory controllers, and storekeepers.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Manage shipping, delivery, and clearance operations.
- Coordinate distribution of materials and equipment to project sites.
- Monitor spare parts planning in coordination with relevant departments.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all transactions and data are properly recorded in the system.
- Maintain quality assurance in line with ISO standards.
- Plan warehouse requirements (space, manpower, tools) for new projects.
- Prepare reports and analysis related to logistics and inventory operations.
- Ensure continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics services.
