Warehouse Administrator Jobs in Doha at Alaska Cleaning Center

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our Technical Department. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our technical divisions.

​Experience working within a cleaning machines trading or service company is highly advantageous for this role.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Order & Commercial Documentation: Prepare accurate sales orders, delivery notes, and tax invoices for cleaning machines, equipment, and spare parts.
  • ​Technical Sourcing & Procurement: Prepare and manage purchase quotations for local spare parts sourcing to support the technical team.
  • ​Inventory & Stock Management: Efficiently process "stock in" data for the Cleaning Division and ensure ERP/system records match physical inventory.
  • ​Inter-Company Logistics: Coordinate and execute smooth inter-company document and stock transfers between divisions.
  • ​Department Support: Assist the technical team with tracking parts availability and managing documentation for machine servicing or sales.

​Qualifications & Requirements:

  • ​Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Warehouse Administrator orTechnical Clerk.
  • ​Industry Advantage: Prior experience working with cleaning machines trading companies or industrial equipment suppliers is a major plus.
  • ​Skills: Strong familiarity with preparing commercial documents (Invoices, Delivery Notes, Quotations).
  • ​System Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel

Pay: QAR2,000.00 – QAR3,000.00 per month
