Responsibility for the removal of all swarf and coolants from a selection of machinery to include turret lathes, milling machines
Remove swarf to assigned skips in designated area
Keep machine shop area clean & tidy
To find and supply to machinist’s items required for machining when requested
To remove finished machined items to requested area
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, workshops, machinery, and equipment.
Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to maintain cleanliness and reduce contamination risks in the production environment.
Responsibility for the removal of all swarf and coolants from a selection of machinery to include turret lathes, milling machines
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, and restrooms.
Wash and sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations, especially those used for coating processes.
Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations.
Equipment Care:
Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of thermal coating machinery, ensuring that all areas are free from debris and contaminants that could impact coating quality.
Support maintenance personnel in cleaning and preparing equipment for service or repair.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure that all cleaning processes meet safety and environmental standards, adhering to company policies and health regulations.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues, such as damaged equipment or cleaning supplies, to the supervisor or maintenance team.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by safety guidelines.
Assist with the movement of materials and supplies within the facility as needed.
Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
