Job Title: Sales Manager

Preimo Urban Mobility is a leader in premium transportation solutions, striving to redefine urban mobility experiences in Dubai and beyond.

We are seeking a fearless and performance-driven Sales Manager, To drive lead generation, expand market reach, and optimize sales funnel management to increase conversions. The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be a crucial part of our team, driving business growth and managing the entire sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include:

Full Funnel Ownership:
Actively prospecting (hunting) and nurturing (farming) client relationships to drive revenue.
Identifying and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Building strong relationships with clients across the Events, Hospitality, Aviation, Corporate sectors to expand our customer base.
Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Strategic Growth Initiatives:
Identifying market trends and opportunities to maximize growth.
Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiation and Presentation:
Preparing and delivering impactful presentations to potential and existing clients.
Leading negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships that align with company objectives.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Monitoring sales performance, tracking KPIs, and reporting results to leadership.
Proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Key Skills and Experience

Experience:
Preferred background in Events or Hospitality industries (e.g., Concierge, Event/Corporate Sales, Sales of luxury products).
Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle.
Skills:
Growth Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver impactful client presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in Sales.
Knowledge of different CRM’s – Hubspot is a plus.
Actively Listens: Demonstrates empathy and attentiveness to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Builds Trust and Rapport Quickly: Naturally establishes strong, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Has a Strong Network: Leverages an existing network of contacts within the Events, Hospitality, or Customer-Centric sectors to drive new opportunities quickly.
Communicates Effectively: Articulates ideas clearly, confidently, and professionally across various mediums (presentations, meetings, and written communication).
Understands the Art of Sales: Knows how to navigate complex sales cycles, close deals, and deliver win-win outcomes.
Is Presentable and Professional: Represents the company with a polished and approachable demeanor that aligns with our brand values.
Brings Relevant Experience: Has a background in Hospitality, Events, Concierge, or Customer-Centric roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.

Reporting: Head of Sales and Marketing
Compensation: 8,000 AED + Commissions
Visa: Both own Visa and Company Visa are considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
