Job Title: Property Consultant
Location: Dubai mall metro (Downtown)

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through various channels
- Assist clients with property viewings and consultations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Negotiate property transactions and rental agreements
- Stay updated on market trends and property listings
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a similar sales role is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license (if applicable)
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage
