Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and offer recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve hot, cold, and non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea, fresh juices, mocktails, soft drinks, etc.).
- Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or barista preferred, but not required (training provided).
- Ability to prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to multitask.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages is an advantage.
