Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, easygoing Waitress to join our casual dining team. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating a warm, laid-back experience for guests while staying sharp on service and order accuracy.
- Greet guests warmly and seat them
- Present the menu and explain dishes, specials, and add-ons in a casual, approachable way
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confirm with guests
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Check in on guests during their meal and handle requests
- Process bill payments
- Keep tables and the dining area clean and tidy
- Handle guest concerns politely, escalating when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in casual dining/F&B preferred
- Friendly, easygoing personality with good communication skills
- Fluent spoken English
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, informal setting
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Flexible with shifts (evenings/weekends)
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
