Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and café area
- Assist guests with menu items and special requests
- Support smooth daily operations with the team
- Handle basic billing and payments when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
