We are seeking a well-presented, service-oriented Waitress with proven experience in luxury hotels or upscale hospitality environments. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional guest service and creating a refined dining experience, while consistently upholding the brand’s high standards and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations when required
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with luxury service standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements
- Liaise closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism, escalating when necessary
- Ensure tables, service stations, and equipment are clean, well organized, and properly prepared
- Support VIP guests, special events, and private dining functions as assigned
- Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Polished appearance with a professional and courteous demeanor
