WE ARE HIRING – WAITRESS ( LADIES ONLY )
We are looking for an experienced Waitress to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Present the menu, answer customer questions, and make product recommendations.
- Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Prepare and clean dining tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times.
- Coordinate effectively with baristas, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Process orders through the POS system accurately.
- Monitor table service and ensure guests receive everything they need.
- Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress, preferably in cafés or restaurants in Qatar.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
- Female candidates are required for this position.
- Candidates with previous experience in Qatar are preferred.
