Position Overview
We are seeking a poised, attentive, and service-oriented Waitress to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will embody grace, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with elegance.
- Present menus, explain specials, and provide recommendations with confidence and product knowledge.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring correct presentation and timing.
- Maintain a polished table setting and anticipate guest needs proactively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and fine dining service standards at all times.
- Assist in preparing the dining area before service and resetting tables after guests depart.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and gourmet cuisine desirable.
- Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable carrying trays and handling delicate glassware and china.
