Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team at Al Fanar. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, specials, and beverages.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Handle payments and reconcile bills accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and corporate standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or corporate restaurant environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
