We are looking for Waitress (Female) to join our team. And the successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively handling daily responsibilities. Emphasizing formal service and extensive knowledge of etiquette and F&B background services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service and communications skills.
Welcome and greets customer warmly and offers menus, answers questions about menu offerings.
takes care of guests during the length of their visit, mainly by recording and fulfilling their food and drink orders.
at meeting needs of diverse clientele accurately and courteously by keeping calm and maintaining professionalism at all times
The ability to work well with others. The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
To be thorough and pay attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Keeping the checkout area neat and functional.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Handle cash and credit payments, Process returns and exchanges.
Engage in cross-selling and introduce new products.
Address customer complaints and provide helpful information.
Monitor transactions and report discrepancies.
Assist with packaging, including bagging, or wrapping.
Adept at Upselling F&B and handling large orders during peak hours while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in food services or/and Strong knowledge of hospitality
Restaurants or/and F&B background is preferable.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skilled at multitasking in high-energy settings, providing fast, friendly service.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
