Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Waitress & Barista who can deliver excellent service while preparing high-quality beverages and supporting daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and desserts with consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Take orders accurately and handle POS billing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support team operations during peak hours
- Ensure proper presentation of food & beverages
Requirements:
- Arabic speaking is highly preferred (priority)
- Previous experience as a barista or waitress (1–2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, latte, specialty drinks)
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
