We are seeking a professional and customer focused *Waitress* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding service while ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Provide excellent table service according to restaurant standards.
* Present menus and provide information about food and beverage items.
* Take customer orders accurately and enter orders through the POS system.
* Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond to requests promptly.
* Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of dining areas.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
* Coordinate with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,200.00 per month
