Job Description:
– Make at least 150-200 calls to potential property owners and list new properties
– Good knowledge on posting ads on property finder & bayut etc
– Facilitate property viewings/supervision
– Enter and update customer information in the database and prepare daily calling reports.
– Go the “extra mile” to facilitate sales/lease:
1) Well versed with DLD – form A, B, F
2) Follow up with Developers regarding NOCs
3) Prepare tenancy contracts
4) Follow up with existing properety owners to inform them about contract renewals
– Assist the director to facilitate viewings
– Call and fix meetings with new potential buyers for off plan properties
