WaiterWaitress – Premier Lounge Jobs in UAE at AccorHotel
To be familiar with all food andbeverage items on the outlet menu.
To preparethe outlet for operation including miseenplace setting andresetting tables light cleaning and other assignedtasks.
To take food and beverage orders fromguests
upselling
wherever possible.
To utilizethe outlet pointofsales system as prescribed
Toensure that all sales are properly recorded following prescribedprocedures for ordering voiding or correctingitems.
To serve food and beverages according tothe standards established.
To clear tables andremoves dirty dishes to the dish area.
Tocomplete opening and closing duties asassigned.
To be flexible wherever possible inmeeting special requests from guests for specific food and beveragepreparation methods and ingredients.
Tomaintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderlymanner at all times.
To ensure that all companyminimum brand standards are implemented and that optional brandstandards are implemented whereappropriate
Qualifications:
Have priorexperience within a similar luxury hotel/established  fun energetic and have apassion for hospitality.
Already be based inthe United Arab Emirates.
