About The Role
We are seeking attentive and guest-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join the Food & Beverage team at Miraval The Red Sea. You will play a key role in creating meaningful, personalized dining experiences that reflect our wellness philosophy and high service standards.
What We’re Looking For
Energetic, service-oriented individuals with a warm presence and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury or wellness-focused environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional service with mindfulness and care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and personalized service to guests across all dining areas
Take accurate orders and ensure timely service in collaboration with kitchen and bar teams
Communicate menu knowledge, including ingredients and wellness-driven concepts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
Support team members to ensure smooth and consistent service
Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or high-end restaurant preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
