We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Real Estate Cashier to manage financial transactions, client interactions, and payment processing in a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in handling cash, digital payments, and documentation while adhering to Dubai’s real estate regulations, including RERA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Transaction Management, including issuing receipts and proof of payments and calculating late payment fees.
2- Client Interaction including communications with tenants, buyers, and agents.
3- Compliance & Record-Keeping.
4- Cash Handling & Security.
Qualifications:
Experience: Ideally, 2+ years as a cashier with Sales Force experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
Familiarity with Dubai real estate practices (RERA, VAT, Ejari).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
