We are a high-end dining destination celebrated for its exceptional Japanese and European cuisine located in the heart of Dubai (Souq Al Bahar) in front of Dubai Fountain, Downtown. We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable dining experiences to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are set up properly before and after service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in the UAE, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (preferably any European Language/Russian/Turkish etc).
Presentable, customer-focused, and enthusiastic personality.
