Job Description
Summary-
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will take customers’ orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure excellent customer service.
This position is based at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha.
Job Responsibility-
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
- Handle complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Clean and set up dining areas
Candidate Requirements-
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
