We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables
- Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Handle customer requests and resolve complaints politely
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Team player with willingness to learn
- Competitive salary (AED 1,500 – 2,000)
