The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests across Printemps Doha’s diverse F&B outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, providing recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Waiter/Waitress plays a crucial role in delivering a memorable and luxurious dining experience, reflecting the unique brand identity of each outlet.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using POS systems is a plus
Job Specific Skills:
- Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience.
- Food & Beverage Service: Proficiency in serving food and beverages according to service standards.
- Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- POS System Proficiency: Ability to use POS systems for order taking and billing.
