Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our specialty coffee café. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, supporting our baristas, and representing the Coterra Coffee brand with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend specialty coffee pairings.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the bar and kitchen teams.
- Serve coffee, beverages, desserts, and food promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and outdoor seating.
- Set up and clear tables promptly while maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support baristas during busy service periods when required.
- Replenish supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow company policies and HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the café team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
