Job Description
Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items on the menu, and be able to recommend food & beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
Provide high standards of quality, efficient, and friendly service as per Standard Operational Procedures.
Keep the work area and surrounding environment clean and organized at all times.
Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
Offer courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following Rixos Standards of Performance.
Be flexible and willing to rotate within different sub-departments of the Food & Beverage Division or other hotel departments as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
Fresher or 1 year of experience in a 4-5-star hotel.
Adherence to policies and procedures.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operational standards.
