Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and service-oriented Waitress/Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly set
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
- Follow hotel service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress/waiter is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Well-groomed, positive attitude, and team player
