Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the service area.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar Food & Beverage position is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
