Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, with a strong focus on social media, SEO optimization, and content strategy. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital marketing tactics. The role requires a deep understanding of the latest marketing trends, SEO best practices, and data-driven decision-making to enhance online presence and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, with an emphasis on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand guidelines.
Design and implement SEO strategies to increase organic reach and improve search engine rankings.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously optimizing campaigns to ensure business objectives are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, and SEO, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Manage paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in UI/UX design and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, and social media management.
Proficiency in using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Strong creative thinking with the ability to adapt to ever-changing digital trends and solve marketing challenges.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
