Provide friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to ensure an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure tables and dining area are clean and well-presented
- Assist guests with menu items and special requests
- Support smooth daily café operations with the team
- Handle basic billing and payment when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable, polite, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
