Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to customers
- Maintain clean and well-organized tables and dining areas
- Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
- Process customer bills and payments using POS systems
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel is preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Food safety knowledge or training is a plus
