What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver a refined, intuitive guest experience from welcome to farewell
- Know the menu like it’s your own—every cut, every pour, every story
- Guide guests with confidence—recommend, upsell, and personalize
- Ensure tables are immaculate, paced, and perfectly timed
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to maintain seamless flow
- Handle feedback with professionalism—own it, fix it, elevate it
- Uphold brand standards in appearance, posture, and presence
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a quality-driven restaurant
- Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- A natural ability to connect with people—warm, polished, and composed
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Passion for food, beverage, and the art of hospitality
