Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments, including reviewing past medical history, current medications, and psychological evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s needs and goals.
Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring their effectiveness and side effects.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and support groups.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to ensure holistic care for clients.
Advocate for the mental health needs of clients and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, and communicate with healthcare team members regarding treatment progress and changes in medication or therapy plans.
Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and training programs, to stay current with advancements in the psychiatric field.
Qualifications:
Degree in Psychiatry
DHA License (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Expertise in prescribing medications and conducting psychotherapy
Strong communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
