This is a hands-on individual contributor opportunity for a relationship-focused recruiter who enjoys navigating complex, structured environments and driving recruitment excellence. This is a 1 year FTC.

Description
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned corporate and specialist vacancies.
* Support selected hiring activity and adapt recruitment approaches to different stakeholder groups.
* Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify talent through multiple channels.
* Lead contractor and contingent workforce recruitment activities.
* Coordinate onboarding, documentation and recruitment process administration.
* Maintain accurate recruitment reporting, ATS records and hiring metrics.
* Contribute to recruitment process enhancements, governance initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects.
* Support employer value proposition, candidate experience and hiring manager experience initiatives.
Job Offer
