Role Description The VP Real Estate Development is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Riyadh Region. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of commercial and residential projects, including site selection, feasibility analysis, and project planning. The VP will lead cross-functional teams, manage external consultants and contractors, and coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals and compliance with local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project budgets and timelines, evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing property performance, and reporting on development progress to senior leadership. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, guiding design and construction decisions, and driving value creation across the real estate portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development, with a proven track record of delivering commercial and residential projects.
- Proven experience in off-plan sales projects (Wafi platform).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration , Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of feasibility studies and investment opportunity evaluation.
