Job Description:

The Vice President of Clinical Operations & Patient Network Experience serves as a strategic leader responsible for enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of clinical operations while simultaneously optimizing patient engagement and satisfaction across various health service channels. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing patient-centered care models that improve outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing clinical performance improvement initiatives that adhere to regulatory standards and enhance operational quality.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decision-making and strategic planning in clinical operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to achieve operational objectives.
  • Advanced understanding of healthcare technology, including electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clinical staff, executives, patients, and external partners.
  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field; Doctorate preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
