Job Description
What you will be doing:
Lead Accor One Living branded residential development in the Americas
Negotiate premium, luxury and lifestyle branded residence deals
Support continued mixed-use training of development and D&TS teams
Collaborate closely with investors and Accor brand organizations across each phase in the life cycle of projects
Coordinate the delivery of Accor One Living services and solutions to development partners
Coordinate pre-opening and residential sales and marketing support
Represent the industry’s most compelling collection of premium, luxury and lifestyle residential brand offerings
Qualifications
Ideal candidate:
Dynamic leader, with established business development track record
Experience spanning hospitality & residential development
Deep understanding of branded residence business model, and mixed-use expertise
Innovative, creative and energized
Strong relationship builder, committed to addressing needs of investors & homeowners
Experience with related hospitality products complementing mixed-use developments – private clubs, co-working, extended stay hotel
Ability to lead complex projects, aligning multiple stakeholders
Excellent communications & presentation skills
