Job Purpose:
Lead the assigned team effectively to meet team objectives/KPIs
Ensure recruitment, training, motivation, and retention of assigned staff
Track daily sales activity to ensure a superior client onboarding experience
Ensure strict adherence to all KYC, Compliance policies, and other stipulated processes
Key Accountabilities:
Balance sheet growth and revenue targets
People management
Compliance with regulatory and FAB risk policies
Job Context:
Financial:
Leading sales force for Business Banking Liabilities and Assets (Unsecured & Secured) products targeted to SME segment. Achieve set sales and revenue objectives as per the business plan.
Manage the assigned team to achieve monthly and annual objectives
Maximize cross-sell opportunities to increase productivity
Maintain sales performance MIS for review by the Area Manager
Customers:
Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring excellent client onboarding and service by the BBG Sales team, resolving redressals promptly.
Align team efforts to provide a superior client onboarding experience
Understand and address customer redressals appropriately
Learning & Growth:
Implement people development initiatives, coordinate with FAB Academy, and foster a culture of growth. Lead by example, build stakeholder relationships, and support team training and development.
Recruit, train, motivate, and retain sales personnel
Provide market updates and skill enhancement training
Build effective internal relationships and coordinate with other departments
Conduct fair appraisals and manage career development
Internal Processes:
Ensure compliance with sales and operational policies, implement governance, and mitigate risks. Monitor NPL rates and take remedial actions as needed.
Implement RCA process across all areas
Ensure adherence to internal processes for satisfactory audit ratings
Qualifications
Education required:
University Degree / MBA / PGDM / Sales diploma or certification preferred.
Experience:
10 to 12 years in banking or financial industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
