HIRING – VOICE NETWORK L2 ENGINEER | SERVICE ASSURANCE
Location: Doha, Qatar

Mind Stream is seeking a skilled Voice Network L2 Engineer to join our Service Assurance team. If you have strong expertise in VoIP technologies, SIP troubleshooting, and voice network operations, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for SIP, VoIP, PRI, and SBC signaling issues.
- Analyze SIP call flows and RTP media paths using Wireshark to identify and resolve faults.
- Own and resolve P1/P2 voice incidents within defined SLA and MTTR targets.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring call drops and voice quality issues.
- Lead bridge calls during major voice outages and coordinate with carriers, OEMs, and enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Voice Network Operations or Service Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, PRI, ISDN, IP Telephony, Softswitch, SBC, and IMS.
- Hands-on experience with Wireshark, CLI troubleshooting, and NMS/EMS tools.
- Experience with SIP ladder analysis, PRI/E1 diagnostics, and OEM platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Ribbon, or AudioCodes.
