Responsibilities:
Setting up blockwork forms and applying plaster to ensure structural integrity.
Installing blocks according to project specifications, blueprints, and construction plans.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Performing routine maintenance and repair of tools and equipment.
Collaborating with other team members and contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Adhering to company policies and procedures while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications:
Must possess strong physical fitness due to the nature of the work.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in block and plasterwork.
Knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used in block and plaster construction.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of tools and their maintenance (e.g., trowels, floats, etc.).
Excellent communication skills for reporting and documentation.
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,400.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
