Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Visa Executive / Tour Operations Specialist to manage visa processing, travel documentation, and tour operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global visa requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous experience as Submission Officers are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end visa applications for clients, including documentation, submission, and follow-up with embassies/consulates.
Stay updated on visa requirements, rules, and regulations for various countries.
Assist clients with visa-related queries and provide accurate information.
Tour Operations:
Coordinate and manage tour itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Handle last-minute changes or emergencies during tours.
Client Communication:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
Communicate visa and travel requirements clearly to clients.
Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
Ensure all travel documents are verified and comply with international travel regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Train and guide junior team members on visa and tour operations processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing and tour operations.
Previous experience as a Submission Officer or Similiar Role is mandate.
In-depth knowledge of global visa requirements and procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with international clients and vendors.
Multi linguistic.
Certification in travel and tourism.
