We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Visa Consultant with a strong sales mindset to join our growing travel agency team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates who are confident, results-driven, and have solid experience in visa processing and client handling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications while actively converting inquiries into successful sales. You will play a key role in guiding clients through visa procedures for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming visa inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales
- Provide expert consultation on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation
- Manage end-to-end visa application processes (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.)
- Communicate professionally with clients in Arabic and English
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure all applications are processed accurately and on time
- Stay updated on visa regulations and changes
