PulseMediaNL is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role is essential in providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions and increased team efficiency.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email correspondence and respond in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record maintenance
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks across departments
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple projects
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all channels
Task & Project Assistance
- Support ongoing projects with research, organization, and execution tasks
- Track progress on assigned tasks and provide regular updates
- Help prioritize workloads and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Assist with basic project management and coordination duties
Systems & Process Support
- Use productivity tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms effectively
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Assist in improving workflows and administrative processes
- Follow established procedures and contribute to operational efficiency
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar) is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
