Required:
At Least 8 years in primary
education
(
diverse
experience from Year 1 – Year 5 preferred)
• Curriculum:
Base UK but integrating
innovative
elements from IB, British, American curricula.
• Class Size:

Core Responsibilities:
• Act as an ‘advocate’ for the VIP students, overseeing all aspects of their learning and well-being
• Teach small group lessons in English Reading, Writing, Knowledge & Comprehension (additional experience and interest in teaching Science and/or Math would be a plus)
• Planning daily activities in the classroom related to weekly theme and enrichment programs.
• Documenting daily observations and progress of the students.
• Developing and maintaining close relationships with both students and parents.
• Supervising and accompanying pupils to specialist lessons, facilities, and any other activity as required, ensuring child safety. Compensation Structure:
• AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (tax free), including base salary and housing allowance; defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience.

• End of service benefits: 21 days’ pay for each completed year of service
