We are currently looking for a Sales Executive– VIP Charter Sales in our Dubai office, to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The successful candidate must possess strong sales qualities and business acumen. He/she is expected to establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with top decision-makers and prospective customers. He/she should be able to identify sales opportunities to generate new leads. In addition, he/she expected to monitor customer preferences to ensure their expectations are exceeded. He/she should demonstrate a keenness to attract new customers while conducting market and competitor analyses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dynamic sales strategies to stimulate business development and growth
- Achieve and maximize sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and initiatives
- Develop close relationships with aircraft operators, government agencies, companies, individuals, sports clubs, entertainment groups etc.
- Compile and produce monthly and quarterly sales reports and forecasts
- Provide support in the preparation of business development forecasts and budgets
- Negotiate annual contracts and pricing with customers
- Attend to enquiries (RfQ / technical) by telephone, email and site visits as and when required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Existing network in the Aviation Industry in the region is mandatory
- Must have a strong background and proven track record in VIP / General Aviation / Commercial Aviation sales
- Must possess strong business communication, sales and marketing skills
- Ability to develop close relationships at operational and executive levels
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, to manage multiple priorities and to work effectively in time-critical situations
- Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a collaborative and multinational team
- Must be open minded with a positive outlook, results driven and highly motivated
- Must have a strong passion for customer service and customer success
- Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory
