We are looking for a talented and proactive Videographer & Content Creator to join our team in Dubai.
This position is primarily focused on producing high-quality video and photography content for our restaurant and hospitality brands. We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who can plan, film, and edit professional content that feels modern, premium, and suitable for international audiences.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about videography and photography, while also being flexible and willing to support the marketing team with graphic design, social media content, and other creative tasks when required.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for restaurants, food products, lifestyle content, campaigns, and events.
- Produce professional photography for food, interiors, staff, products, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, advertisements, behind-the-scenes videos, and other short-form content.
- Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and visual references before each production.
- Direct staff, chefs, models, or influencers during content shoots when necessary.
- Edit videos with professional transitions, sound design, music, subtitles, and colour correction.
- Ensure all content follows the visual identity and quality standards of each brand.
- Adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, digital screens, and advertising campaigns.
- Support the marketing team with graphic design for social media posts, stories, menus, promotions, and other marketing materials.
- Assist with publishing, scheduling, and organizing social media content when required.
- Follow current video, photography, food styling, and social media trends.
- Organize and maintain all photography, video, and design files.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in videography, photography, and video editing.
- A high-quality portfolio is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, storytelling, and colour grading.
- Experience creating premium, modern, and internationally appealing visual content.
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Basic or intermediate graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media formats.
- Fluent or professional-level English communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support different creative and social media tasks when needed.
- Ability to receive feedback, follow creative direction, and make revisions without difficulty.
- Ability to work independently and manage several brands and projects.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, food, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
- Candidates with international brand experience or a strong Western-style visual portfolio are preferred.
- Having your own professional camera and equipment is an advantage.
Important
This is not primarily a social media management position. The main responsibility is to create excellent visual content. However, the selected candidate must be flexible and comfortable assisting with graphic design, social media publishing, and general creative marketing tasks when required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
