🎯 What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
(Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve experience is also welcome)
Comfortable editing short-form content using CapCut
Experienced with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Photography skills are a strong advantage 📸
Basic graphic design skills are a plus
Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement
Ability to create content for:
YouTube (Long-form videos)
Instagram Reels, TikTok & other short-form platforms
Familiar with different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform best practices
🎬 Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns and social media
Develop fresh and creative content ideas that align with our brand
Produce engaging videos with strong storytelling and polished visuals
Publish and optimize content across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and content strategies
Manage camera, lighting, and audio setups during shoots
Stay up to date with the latest content trends, editing styles, and platform updates
⭐ Bonus Skills
Motion graphics and animation experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Strong creative vision with excellent attention to detail
Passion for storytelling and creating viral, high-performing content
