Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team and work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical installations and EV charger installation, ensuring all work meets safety standards and local codes. You should be able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and, preferably, hold a valid driving license to travel between job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Installations: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
EV Charger Installation: Install and commission EV charging stations, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand electrical layouts and plans.
Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations meet local electrical codes and safety standards.
Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems to identify and fix potential problems early.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, other electricians, and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Site Travel: Travel between job sites as required (a valid driving license is preferred to facilitate transportation).
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as an Electrician on residential and commercial projects.
EV Charger Expertise: Experience in EV charger installation is a strong advantage.
Licensing: Valid electrician license or certification, as required by local regulations.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and effective troubleshooting techniques.
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Driving License: A valid driving license is preferred to enable travel between various job sites.
