1. Video Editing & Multimedia Production
Corporate Campaigns: Edit and produce high-quality video content for corporate social media,
recruitment campaigns, and national awareness projects (e.g., "Proud of UAE" initiatives).
Product Related Videos: Create and edit a variety of product-focused videos encompassing all
types, including promotional materials, medical detailing videos, and instructional training
content.
Post-Production: Manage the end-to-end post-production pipeline, including rough cutting,
seamless transitions, color grading, audio mixing/mastering, motion graphics, and accurate
subtitling for bilingual audiences (Arabic/English).
Event Coverage & Internal Comms: Compile and edit footage from medical conferences,
internal staff training, and team-building events into engaging highlight reels.
2. Brand Printables & Marketing Collateral
Medical Detailing Materials: Create detail aids, visual aids, flipcharts, and brochures
specifically tailored for use by medical representatives when engaging with healthcare
professionals.
Asset Management: Maintain a meticulously organized, version-controlled digital archive of all
design assets, regulatory drafts, open source files, and finalized media exports.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
Prior experience working within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or heavily regulated FMCG
sectors is strongly preferred.
Technical Skillset
Design Expertise: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and
Photoshop.
Video Expertise: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Professional
experience with other industry-standard video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Final
Cut Pro, or CapCut is highly valued. Familiarity with standard audio editing software (e.g.,
Adobe Audition) is a plus.
AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity and professional, efficient use of modern AIdriven
creative tools (e.g., generative AI for assets, AI voiceovers, AI video enhancement,
ChatGPT) to accelerate workflows and elevate creative output.
Print Production: Thorough understanding of print production mechanics, specifically
regarding multi-page layout configurations and technical formatting for brand printables.
Core Competencies
Extreme Attention to Detail: Zero-tolerance for errors when dealing with medical dosages,
ingredient lists, and regulatory text on detailing materials.
Bilingual Capability: Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential for
accurate typesetting and video subtitling.
Remote Reliability: Exceptional time-management and self-motivation skills to thrive in a
remote working environment, maintaining consistent communication with the UAE-based
management team.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
