We are seeking an exceptional and motivated educational leader to join a successful international school in Dubai as Vice Principal for the 2026/27 academic year.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior leader who is passionate about driving academic excellence, developing staff, and helping shape the strategic direction of a growing school community.
The Role
The Vice Principal will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and management of the school, working closely with the Principal and wider leadership team to ensure outstanding educational outcomes and a positive learning environment for all students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the strategic leadership and operational management of the school
- Driving high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement
- Leading staff development, coaching, and performance management
- Promoting excellent pastoral care and safeguarding practices
- Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Supporting school improvement initiatives and compliance requirements
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree
- Proven senior leadership experience within a school setting
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and school improvement
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and proactive leadership style
- Experience with in British curriculum schools preferred
International or UAE experience is advantageous but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- AED 28,000 – 32,000 per month (all-inclusive package including accommodation allowance)
